In August 2023, scalum GmbH, as sole shareholder, sold ementexx GmbH to the Lucanet Group, thereby laying the foundation for a new chapter.
Integration into the Lucanet Group
Under the leadership of Michael Scholz, ementexx has been successfully integrated into Lucanet's international structure over the past two years. The banking and cash management solutions are now an integral part of Lucanet's global portfolio and create tangible added value for companies.
With his official departure from the management of ementexx GmbH on March 31, 2025, the founder is stepping back from day-to-day operations and will devote himself entirely to his role as managing partner of scalum GmbH.
